How can I become a participant?
Registration for the Conference is provided online.
You have to go to the Online registration page. Please press the Registration button and fill in all the necessary online forms. Personal information that you’ll provide at the process of the registration will be not given to the third person without your agreement and will be used only for efficient organization of your participation in the Conference.
After receiving your application the confirmation letter with your login and password for your Personal area will be immediately sent to you from email@example.com .
How to get to my registration page?
After receiving the confirmation letter with your login and password please go back to the Online registration page and enter your login and password in the section Personal area.
In case something goes wrong, please do not hesitate to contact the Technical Secretariat by email: firstname.lastname@example.orgWhat to do if you forgot your login/password?
If your personal login/password was lost, please go back to the Online registration page and push the Login/password Reminder button in the section Login/password reminder. Then you should fill in the e-mail that you indicated during the registration.
We will send your login/password to this email.
How can I pay?
All payments (hotel accommodation, visa support, additional services) can be made separately (not in the same time). To return to the personal page to choose any additional option and pay for it, the participant should use his login and password and enter the “Orders and payments” section.
We regret but we do not accept private and company checks or Euro cheques.
Step 1: Go to the “Orders and payments” at your personal registration page. Choose the services that you want to pay for at the moment.
Step 2: Select a type of payment.
Step 3: Fill in your credit card information or print a bill. Pay the bill.

The payments can be done in three different ways:
- Internet payment
- Payment by Bank transfer

How can I get receipts, certificate of attendance etc?
You can get the original invoice at the registration desk at the Congress venue. Feel free to contact the Technical Secretariat if you have any questions.
How to know that my payment is accepted?
We will immediately e-mail you the confirmation that your payment is accepted after we receive the payment.
How can I book a hotel room or other additional services?
Hotel accommodation, cultural program, visa support can be ordered at the personal page of the participant. You need to select the appropriate option, method of payment, print out and pay the bill.
How can I cancel my registration?
If the participant would like to cancel his attendance, the notification letter together with the request for refund of the registration fee should be sent to email@example.com
All refunds will be made after the Congress.
The amount of reimbursement depends on the date of cancellation. For more information please see Registration Fees Cancellation and Refund policies sections.
– All payments should be made via your personal online registration page. To make the payments for the accompanying person, he or she should be registered separately.

The payments can be done in three different ways:
- Internet payment:
For the Internet payments MKC LLC uses ASSISTTM as the secure credit card Internet payment system. TM e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe online. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction.
Please pay your attention that оnly VISA and MasterCard are accepted for the Internet payment.
The processing of payment (including submission of credit card number) is done on the secure page of the internationally certified processing system.
Your confidential information (customer’s personal and credit card data) does not come to the Internet shop, thus, nobody can receive it.
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) — the international Data Security Standard — is used while handling credit cards information. It provides the secure processing of confidential customer information and guarantees security of arrangements by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code protocols and closed banking networks which are practically impossible to penetrate.
- Payment by Bank transfer:
If the payment by bank transfer was chosen by the participant as the preferable way of payment, a participant should send a request for Invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money. It is possible to pay in EUR or USD.
The bank fees are covered by the participant.
