The exposition of XI International Camping Congress is a meeting place for manufacturers in the sphere of design, construction, reconstruction, food, industrial, medical goods and products supply, sports equipment supply, personal protective equipment supply, production and equipment on maintenance activities of children's rest and health improvement organizations; manufacturers of children's goods; organizations of children's rest and health improvement; institutions of children's rest and health improvement sphere; federal children's centers; travel agencies and operators; recruiting agencies and event agencies, and also centers for additional education and educational tourism.

Representatives of the Executive Directorate of Congress held a number of meetings within the framework for the preparation of XI International camping congress in the Krasnodar Territory from 11 to 13 September. 

A regular meeting of the Executive Directorate of XI International Camping Congress was held on September 30.

The main topic of discussion was the Congress Business Program.  It was decided to dedicate each day of the Congress to specific theme.
